The Privacy Policy of Bidon mentioned herein below governs the collection, possession,
storage, handling and dealing of personal identifiable information/data (hereinafter
collectively referred to as “information”) from the users of our platforms. The term
"Platform/s" used in this document refers collectively the website www.bidon.in (“Website”)
and/or our mobile application (“Bidon App”) offered by Serviceday.
All the users must read and understand this Privacy Policy as it has been formulated to
safeguard the user’s privacy. Privacy issues are of high priority for Serviceday and we
strongly believe it is our duty to maintain the trust of our users. By using this Platform,
you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and you understand that
this policy is incorporated along with the Terms and Conditions under www.serviceday.in .
Information Bidon collects from Users
Information you provide to Bidon being a user, Bidon collects certain personally identifiable information about you, few of the information Bidon will collect are;
1. Contact Information: This may include your first and last name, postal address,
telephone number, and email address. If you are a Service provider, we may collect Personal
Information, such as your date of birth and address, Aadhar number, pan number if
applicable, together with other record checks as provided by you, or by our Third-Party
Agents, as applicable and to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction, as well as
all such information as may be needed to validate your identity.
2. Billing Data: To help Service provider set up a payment account and help users
make payments to Service provider and pay fees to Serviceday, we may collect financial
information, including bank account numbers, tax information, and other payment information,
as applicable. We use Financial Information in order to operate the Bidon Platform and to
ensure that Service providers are paid by Clients. We do this as necessary for our
legitimate interests in providing our platform and services and to fulfil our arrangement
with Users.
3. Promotional Information: Certain offerings of the Bidon Platform, such as
newsletters, surveys, contests, and the like are optional and so you are not required to
enter them or to give us your data in connection with them. Where you do consent to take
advantage of Bidon Platform offerings, we will use your data to (as applicable) send you
newsletters and other communications that are tailored based on information we have about
you, or to operate and manage the survey, contest or similar offering in connection with our
legitimate interest in promoting our business and the Bidon Platform. If you would like to
discontinue receiving this newsletters or communications, you may do so by using the
"Unsubscribe" link found in emails we send to you.
4. Content Information: Any personal information sent to Bidon in an email or chat
message containing inquiries about the Bidon Platform and we use this Information in order
to help us respond to your inquiry. We also collect content within any messages you exchange
with other Users through the Bidon Platform.

information collected using cookies for Website analytics, to assist us for our legitimate
interests in providing our platform and services and to fulfil our arrangement with. A

collect information about your service, employee details, rates, and skills, as well as
Identity Information and Financial Information. We collect and use location tracking option
in the app which provide your location and status of travel details of service provider. We
also gather and stores the user’s usage statistics such as IP addresses, pages viewed, user
behaviour pattern, number of sessions and unique visitors, browsing activities, browser
software, mobile app platform, operating system etc. for analysis, which helps us to provide
improved experience and value-added services to you. We send you push notifications from
time-to-time in order to update you about the service requests or service request
acceptance. The Bidon mobile application may also ask for your permission to access your
camera and location. This is very much required for the smooth running of the Bidon
application.

Purpose and Usage of Information by Bidon
The following are the purposes of collecting the Information:
1. For the verification of your identity, eligibility, registration and to provide

3. For enabling communication with the users of the site, so that the users may fetch
maximum business opportunities.
4. For generating business enquires and service leads.

Number, Email Address, User ID and Details, Quote and Listing Details, and other

9. For Government or regulatory or law enforcement agencies, as mandated under statutory
enactment, for verification of identity or for prevention, detection, investigation
including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences.
Disclosure of Information with Affiliated companies and/or third party relating to payment
1. Information we may collect from you may be disclosed and transferred to external service
providers who we rely on to provide services to us or to you directly. For instance,
information may be shared with Affiliated companies for better efficiency, more relevancy,
innovative business matchmaking and better personalised services.
2. Third-party Service provider including but not limited to payment, customer and cloud
computing service provider engaged for facilitating service requirements of user. In
relation to such disclosures, we have assured and entered Non-disclosure agreement with
related parties. We shall also ensure that only limited information will be shared and will
be only to the extent such said purpose they are engaged.
3. It is pertinent to understand that if there is a change in management in Bidon or there
is any merge with any other company, the newly formed company has the right to use the
assets of Bidon to which the platform relates or any other corporate reorganization in which
Bidon participates. Bidon has the right to transfer the information we have collected from
the users of the platforms and/or Services to the Successor.

Information of a closed and/or deleted account
Closing or deleting an account from our platforms is your choice. But, if we feel it is affecting social security and the law demands to retain it, in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations of any User, enforce our Terms and conditions, and take any other actions otherwise permitted by law that we deem necessary in our sole and absolute discretion, we do retain the information from the closed or deleted account.

We recommend that registered users not to share their site’s account password and also to sign out of their account when they have completed their work. This is to ensure that others cannot access Information of the users and correspondence, if the user shares the computer with someone else or is using a computer in a public place
